  • We make it our priority to deliver & stock groceries before your arrival. In some instances, particularly during busy vacation seasons, there may be delays due to housekeeping, inspections, traffic, and heavy order volume. In most cases, you should receive your order by no later than 5 pm.

  • Refrigerated and frozen items will be stored appropriately. All other items will be arranged neatly on the counter.

  • Yes. You can request groceries with the "custom item" selection during the shopping process. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

  • When your order is placed, your Credit Card will be authorized for $20. Your Credit Card will then be charged for all groceries and fees within 24 hours of delivery and you will receive an email with a copy of your receipt.  There is a $50 cancelation fee for orders canceled within 48 hours of selected arrival time.

  • Orders can be canceled 48 hours prior to delivery. A $50 cancelation fee will be applied to all orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery.
